Matt Darey is a producer of many genres of electronic music with writing, producing and remixing both underground club tracks and the occasional top 10 pop chart hit. Matt kicked off 2016 so far with two top 5 UK club chart hits Keep Talking and “Lubeno” under his Lost Tribe big room alias. Matt makes his debut as a vocalist on his summer release Light Of Day with early support from the likes of EDX
already looking like another 2016 club smash. His end of Summer Radio single Something to Believe in

Recently AKA Matt Nouveau for his deeper sounds with label Nocturnal Nouveau & global radio show of the same name. Matt Nouveau s debut EP of fresh and futuristic sounds influenced by electronica, deep house and Indie vibes is on promo late summer with 2 tracks making their premiere on Above and Beyonds A&BGT radio show.

Kicking off his career he pioneered the Trance genre 1994 with tracks like Point Zero
. Alongside his electronic club sounds, producing more epic soundscapes like Red Skin
for video games and movie soundtracks.
Through the 90 s whilst developing his sound on the underground Matt was also writing, producing and remixing tracks that were crossing over from the club into the mainstream charts. He wrote and produced numerous hits including top ten hits like Beautiful and other chart hits such as Liberation , Game Master , From Russia With Love”. As one of the first producers to develop the Trance sound from 1994 to 2000, Matt remixed some of the iconic tracks of that era which crossed over into the mainstream including “Till I come” by ATB, Binary Finary’s 1998, as well as chart toppers such as Gabriel’s Rise & Moloko’s “Time is now .
Matt s music inspired many artists who drive the EDM scene today with many citing him as a major influence on their careers with his innovative productions. Paul Oakenfold, Tiesto, Above and Beyond, Armin Van Burren and many more all influenced at some stage of their careers by Matt s innovative productions
Matt continued to explore new fusions of genres with his band Urban Astronauts project in 2007
. Also appealing to the mainstream with compilations including the best selling Euphoria series with over 3 million albums sold in the UK and the Nocturnal series on Koch records USA.
Matt released a 17 track artists album titled Blossom & Decay in 2012 featuring tracks like See The Sun . Also remixing again starting with US rock band 30 Seconds to Mars
